CNC clamping system
With the logical action set by the system, it is possible to achieve pull-type cutting of tubes, which significantly improves the cutting accuracy and can conditionally achieve zero tail material cutting (depending on the workpiece cutting size and specific cutting process).
Semi-automatic loading system
The pipe is manually placed on the storage rack in a single layer and the top material cylinder can lift up the single pipe. The pipe will be transported to the “V” type feeding arm, and the feeding arm is driven by the cylinder to transport the pipe to the top of the main machine.
